The invention relates to a device (1) for implantation in a bone, wherein this device (1) is a component part of a system (31), also according to the invention, for controlled loading of the reconstructed anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) of a knee joint. The device (1) according to the invention comprises an outer body (3), which is provided with an outer thread (2) and has an end face (4) and a base (5), wherein the interior (6) of the outer body (3) is provided with a damping mechanism (7) between a distal end (8) and a proximal end (9). Arranged inside the damping mechanism (7) there is at least one securing element (10) for fixing at least one thread (11) which, at the proximal end (9) of the device (1), is guided out from the outer body (3) through an aperture (12) in the base (5).
