PURPOSE: A method for mass producing artificial seed of loach is provided to activate removal of mosquito larva and to help the improvement of a residential environment. CONSTITUTION: A method for mass producing artificial seed of loach comprises: a step of classifying kind and sex of loach； a step of inducing ovulation for artificial collection of eggs by injecting hormone into the dorsal fin and abdominal cavity of the loach； a step of putting the loach under anesthesia when injecting hormone ； a step of sticking eggs to a fish reef； a step of incubating a fertilized egg； a step of rearing fry by supplying feed to the fry； and a step of rearing the fry by supplying mixed feed to the fry.본 발명은 대량 인공종묘생산기술이 초기 2차 먹이의 문제 등으로 종묘생산기술개발이 이론에만 머물러 있던 실정을 개선하고, 그동안 방류대상에서 제외되었던 외국산 미꾸라지를 대체할 수 있으며, 또한 모기유충의 퇴치를 활성화할 수 있고, 도심 하천 등에도 방류가 가능해져 주거환경의 개선에도 도움을 줄 수 있는 미꾸라지류의 대량인공종묘 생산방법을 제공하는데 있다.
