PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical equipment cleaning device capable of simply generating cleaning water with a great sterilizing effect.SOLUTION: The medical equipment cleaning device (10) includes a cleaning tank (40) and a discharge generator (50). An endoscope (100) to be cleaned is housed in the cleaning tank (40) and immersed in the cleaning water. A discharge unit (50a) of the discharge generator (50) is installed in the cleaning tank (40) and put into the state of being immersed in the cleaning water. A direct-current power source (65) is connected to a pair of electrodes (51 and 52) of the discharge unit (50a). When the direct-current power source (65) applies a voltage to the pair of electrodes (51 and 52), streamer discharges are generated between the pair of electrodes (51 and 52), and hydrogen peroxide is produced.
