The present invention relates to a drug delivery fabric having a drug-containing layer and, more specifically, to a drug delivery fabric having a drug-containing layer, which comprises a surface layer, a middle layer, and a drug-containing layer. According to the present invention, the middle layer is formed of a yarn having hydrophilicity relatively equal to or higher than that of the surface layer, and the drug-containing layer is formed of a cellulose derivative film containing a drug. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide the fabric with a drug delivering function by using the fabric which contains the drug and transfers moisture unidirectionally, thereby continuously delivering the drug to skin.본 발명은 약물함유층을 갖는 약물전달원단에 있어서, 상기 약물전달원단은 표면층과 중간층, 약물함유층으로 형성되고, 상기 중간층은 상기 표면층에 비해 상대적으로 친수성이 같거나 또는 높은 원사로 형성되며, 상기 약물함유층은 약물을 함유하는 셀룰로오스 유도체 필름으로 형성되는 약물함유층을 갖는 약물전달원단에 관한 것이다.
