PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray curable composition capable of obtaining a cured coating film having excellent anti-staining properties and excellent in scratch resistance or slipperiness, and to provide a cured product thereof and a product having the cured coating film.SOLUTION: There is provided an active energy ray curable composition which comprises: an urethane(meth)acrylate (A) having four or more acryloyl groups in one molecule obtained by reacting an aliphatic polyisocyanate (a1) and a (meth)acrylate having a hydroxyl group (a2); a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate (B) having three or more (meth)acryloyl groups in one molecule; and a fluorine compound (C) having a structure in which a cyclopolysiloxane structure is bonded to both terminals of a poly(perfluoroalkylene ether) chain through a divalent linking group and the (meth)acryloyl groups are bonded to the cyclopolysiloxane structure through a divalent linking group.
