The present invention provides a method for measuring a heart rate using a photoplethysmography (PPG) sensor which can filter a PPG roughness sensing value according to a filtering reference generated based on a distribution degree of the PPG roughness sensing value sensed by a PPG sensor, and a heart rate measuring device and a wearable device using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for measuring a heart rate comprises the following steps of: obtaining the PPG roughness sensing value sensed by the PPG sensor at a predetermined reference time unit; generating the filtering reference based on the distribution degree of the PPG roughness sensing value obtained at the predetermined reference time unit; filtering the PPG roughness sensing value sensed by the PPG sensor according to the generated filtering reference; and measuring a heart rate based on the filtered PPG roughness sensing value.본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 심박수 측정 방법은 정해진 기준시간단위로 광용적맥파 센서에 의해 센싱된 PPG 조도 센싱 값을 획득하는 단계, 상기 정해진 기준시간단위로 획득한 상기 PPG 조도 센싱 값의 분산도에 기초하여 필터링 기준을 생성하는 단계, 생성된 필터링 기준에 따라, 상기 광용적맥파 센서에 의해 센싱되는 상기 PPG 조도 센싱 값을 필터링하는 단계 및 필터링된 상기 PPG 조도 센싱 값에 기초하여, 심박수를 측정하는 단계를 포함한다.
