The present invention relates to a tool used in surgery and, more specifically, to a visible marker which is a medical device used with medical image equipment as a secondary tool for confirming a lesion position to surgically cut soft tissue and helping passage observation. When a lesion for cancer is confirmed in the soft tissue through the medical image equipment, for the purpose of marking in the center of an interest part, a biocompatible stitching fiber in which a metallic line, through which X-rays cannot pass, is positioned in a specific part through injection, embedding, painting, plating, deposition, or the like is inserted in a needle, a trocar, or a cannula having a cavity in a metallic pipe and fixed in the center of the interest part and, then, the needle is removed.
