The present invention provides an aqueous patch which can stably contain only one of S-enantiomer and R-enantiomer of a drug capable of being present in such enantiomers at a relatively high concentration over a long period of time, has an excellent adhesive property and an excellent shape retaining property, and achieves high skin permeability of the drug.
