A machine for producing and dispensing products such as ice cream, frozen beverages or granita comprises a transparent product container (12) which is provided with a tap (15) for dispensing the product and which contains an evaporator of a refrigerating circuit or cooling the product in the container and a mixer element (18) for stirring the product. The machine comprises means (100, 101, 102, 103, 123) for diffusing a thin stream of moving air over the outer walls of the container. These air diffusion means may comprise a fan (100) which emits an air flow inside a diffuser element (14) which is arranged above the container and which defines a mouth around the top of the container and blows downwards the thin stream of air onto the outer walls of the container. The diffuser element may be advantageously formed in the lid (14) of the container.Linvention concerne une machine permettant de produire et de distribuer des produits tels des crèmes glacées, des boissons surgelées ou des granités comportant un récipient transparent pour produit (12) qui comporte un robinet (15) permettant de distribuer le produit et qui contient un évaporateur dun circuit de réfrigération ou de refroidissement du produit dans le récipient et un élément mélangeur (18) permettant de mélanger le produit. La machine comporte des moyens (100, 101, 102, 103, 123) permettant de diffuser un mince flux dair en mouvement au-dessus des parois extérieures du récipient. Ces moyens de diffusion dair peuvent comporter un ventilateur (100) qui émet un flux dair à lintérieur dun élément diffuseur (14) qui est arrangé au-dessus du récipient et qui définit un bec autour de la partie supérieure du récipient et souffle vers le bas le mince flux dair sur les parois extérieures du récipient. Lélément diffuseur peut être formé de manière avantageuse dans le couvercle (14) du récipient.
