FIELD: chemical or physical processes.SUBSTANCE: described is installation (1) for recycling wastes, comprising: an oxidation reactor (SCWO) in supercritical water; reactor (SCWG) of gasification in supercritical water; feed system configured to feed at least two organic wastes (W1_IN, W2_IN, W3_IN, Wn_IN) of organic wastes to said supercritical water oxidation reactor (SCWO) and supercritical gasification reactor (SCWG) and to feed at least one water flow (PW, PLS), inside said plant; wherein said supply system is configured to supply said at least one water current (PW, PLS) with sequential passage through said reactor (SCWO) of oxidation in supercritical water and a reactor (SCWG) of gasification in supercritical water; wherein supply system is additionally configured to supply said at least two currents of organic wastes with parallel flow through said reactor (SCWO) oxidation in supercritical water and a gasification reactor (SCWG) in supercritical water with selective supply of each of said organic waste currents to said reactor (SCWO) for oxidation in supercritical water and said reactor (SCWG) for gasification in supercritical water.
