A spirometric system including an expiration unit, a sonic receiving unit and an operation unit is provided. The sonic receiving unit is configured to continuously receive an expiration gas and responsively generate voice signals. The sonic receiving unit is configured to receive and record the voice signals. The operation unit is configured to receive and calculate the recorded ultrasonic signal therefore generates a spirometric function parameter through a communicating connection between the operation unit and the sonic receiving unit.一種呼吸功能檢測系統，其包括氣體轉換裝置、收音裝置以及運算裝置。氣體轉換裝置用以在預設期間內持續接收吹氣氣體並因應所接收到的吹氣氣體而產生全波段聲音訊號。收音裝置用以接收並記錄所接收到的全波段聲音訊號。運算裝置與收音裝置之間具有通訊連接，透過此通訊連接以接收並對收音裝置所記錄全波段聲音訊號中超音波訊號進行運算之後產生呼吸功能參數。
