The present invention relates to a foot dryer embedded with a hot-wire blower and an infrared lamp comprising: a pressure sensor sensing the pressure of a left footrest and a right footrest with vent holes； a pressure-sensing operating portion operating the blower by sensing the pressure from the pressure sensor； a control portion controlling to sterilize the feet, and a lower body with an air blast and far-infrared radiation； a button portion selecting to turn on and off the power, a cold air, a warm air, and a hot air with a plurality of LEDs； the blower, installed in a rear end of a rotary blast inlet and equipped with the hot-wire, which blows air in accordance to the selection of the cold air, the warm air, or the hot air depending on the selection of the cold air, the warm air, or the hot air with the number of a motor&prime；s rotation operated by the selection level among high, middle and low air volumes； a blast driving portion operating the blower； the infrared lamp, installed on the left footrest and the right footrest and in the center portion, sterilizing the soles with far-infrared radiation by differentiating the intensity of far-infrared radiation in accordance to the selection of a far-infrared radiation intensity button； a power portion supplying power； and an LED portion displaying the selection of turning on the power, turning off the power, the hot air, the warm air, and the cold air. The present invention can select the blowing direction by controlling the rotary vent holes, and blow air to the soles and the perineal region of the body between two legs through the vent holes which are possible to rotate and located on the back of a middle line between the left footrest and the right footrest.
