PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for continuously measuring change in growth of a plant body by which the change in growth of the plant body is accurately and continuously grasped.SOLUTION: The method for continuously measuring change in growth of a plant body comprising longly and continuously measuring change in the three-dimensional formation of a plant body, comprises: continuously taking pictures of the plant body from a prescribed position at fixed intervals at night using an RGB digital camera and calculating an image digital number, an ISO sensitivity value, an F value and exposure time with respect to a fixed area in a recorded image. An NIR camera provided with a near-infrared band-pass filter having a center wavelength of 700-1,000 nm is preferably used as a substitute for the RGB digital camera.
