PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscopic over-tube 30 and an endoscopic over-tube system 40 allowing an insertion part 20 of an endoscope apparatus 1 to be easily inserted into a subject.
SOLUTION: The endoscopic over-tube 30 can be detachably attached to the insertion part 20, and has a transducer part 51 to vibrate the attached insertion part 20. The endoscopic over-tube system 40 comprises the endoscopic over-tube 30 having the transducer part 51 to vibrate the insertion part 20, and a transducer control unit 7 to control the transducer part 51.
