PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive wrist sphygmomanometer performing a visually intelligible display and suppressing the enlargement.SOLUTION: This wrist sphygmomanometer includes: a measurement section measuring blood pressure values a segment liquid crystal panel 6 numerically displaying the measurement results of the blood pressure values measured by the measurement section a detection section for detecting the posture of a measurer an operation section for comparing the posture detected by the detection section with a prestored ideal posture to prepare posture information based on the comparison result and a transmission means for transmitting the posture information to the measurer.
