PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield plate lift type ventilation damper aiming at realizing a more positive sealability by making a shield plate driving system not by rotating type but by linear motion type.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a shield plate lift type ventilation damper characterized in that a cylindrical barrel body is arranged as a ventilation damper main body 1, a rotating shaft 3 passing in a radial direction of the cylinder is arranged, an arm 4 having a length that is rotatable in the cylinder is fixed to the rotating shaft 3 at its center, the extremity end of the arm 4 is provided with a wire 7, the wire 7 is lowered with a lower guide roller 6 being applied as a fulcrum point, the extremity end is provided with a spring 9, a shield plate 8 having a gasket 11 adhered to it and further a guide rod 12 fixed thereto is arranged at one end of the spring 9, an adapter 2 having a guide pipe 10 fixed thereto is arranged between the shield plate 8 and the barrel, the shield plate 8 is operated in a linear manner through rotation of the rotating shaft 3 by 90 degrees and further stably contacted with the lower surface of the adapter 2 through surface contact to make a positive sealing state.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】遮蔽板の駆動方式を回転式ではなく、直線運動にして、より確実な密閉性を実現することを目的とした遮蔽板昇降式換気ダンパーを提供する。【解決手段】換気ダンパー本体1として円筒型の胴体を設け、円筒の直径方向に貫通した回転軸3を設け、この回転軸3の中心に、円筒内で回転可能な長さのアーム4を回転軸3に固定する。アーム4の先端にワイヤー7を設け、ワイヤー7は下部のガイドローラー6を支点として下方に下げ、その先端にスプリング9を設ける。スプリング9の一方の端には、ガスケット11を貼り付けさらにガイドロッド12を取り付けた遮蔽板8を設ける。遮蔽板8と胴体との間にはガイドパイプ10を取り付けたアダプター2を設ける。回転軸3が90度回転することにより遮蔽板8が直線的に作動し、アダプター2下面に面接触で安定的に押しつけられ、確実な密閉を保つことを特徴とする遮蔽板昇降式換気ダンパー。【選択図】図1
