The support structure is sealingly engaged by the support wall portion (31) to which the root tip (51) of the leaflet is connected and the free end (52) of the leaflet (5) and at the joining surface (33). Complementary wall portion opposite the support wall portion that supports a joining surface (33) adapted to extend in a direction substantially parallel to the direction of movement of the free end (52) of the leaflet (5) (32). The free end of the leaflet (5) is a support wall portion using a traction member (55) dimensioned such that the free end (52) of the leaflet (5) is stopped at the joining surface (33).
