The present invention relates to a method for making a Pickering emulsion, the method comprising: exfoliating a non-silicate layered 3D material in a solvent to produce particles of a non-silicate unfunctionalised 2D material； forming a dispersion of the particles of the 2D material in a first liquid phase； adding a second liquid phase； and homogenising the dispersion of the 2D material in the first liquid phase with the second liquid phase to form a Pickering emulsion comprising the first liquid phase, the second liquid phase, and the particles of the 2D material.La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une émulsion de Pickering, le procédé consistant à : exfolier un matériau 3D stratifié non silicaté dans un solvant pour produire des particules d'un matériau 2D non fonctionnalisé non silicaté ； former une dispersion des particules du matériau 2D dans une première phase liquide ； ajouter une deuxième phase liquide ； et homogénéiser la dispersion du matériau 2D dans la première phase liquide avec la deuxième phase liquide pour former une émulsion de Pickering comprenant la première phase liquide, la deuxième phase liquide et les particules du matériau 2D.
