PROCÉDÉ DE REMPLACEMENT DE DENTS MANQUANTES LORS DE DÉFAUTS D'EXTRÉMITÉS SUR DEUX CÔTÉS D'UNE SÉRIE DE DENTS POUR LA MÂCHOIRE SUPÉRIEURE OU INFÉRIEURE, ET PROTHÈSE DENTAIRE ADHÉSIVE
The invention relates to medicine, and more particularly to prosthetic dentistry. The present method of replacing missing teeth in the case of a bilateral free ended partially edentulous upper or lower arch includes: preparing abutment teeth for surveyed crowns, inter alia, by creating shoulders; taking impressions; producing a split cast; and milling a fibreglass frame. A split cast is made and scanned complete with the abutment teeth, or, using a dental scanner, the abutment teeth and the areas from which teeth are missing are scanned inside the patient's mouth, then a unitary frame with crowns for the abutment teeth and cantilever portions of the prosthesis with false teeth to replace the missing teeth is milled using a CAD/CAM device. The frame is coated with a prosthetic composite, from which suprastructures are formed on the free cantilever portions of the prosthesis, then the prosthesis is polished and subsequently fastened to the abutment teeth inside the patient's mouth using a self-adhesive cement. An adhesive dental prosthesis for implementation of the method described above comprises a prosthesis body and support elements. The prosthesis body is a unitary milled frame (1) made of a fibreglass material, and the support elements are made from the same material in the form of crowns (2) for the abutment teeth (3) and cantilever portions (4) of the prosthesis with false teeth (5) to replace the missing teeth. The frame (1) has a coating (6) of prosthetic composite, and the cantilever portions (4) of the prosthesis are in the form of suprastructures (7) which complement the shape of the alveolar ridge (8). The technical result is that of restoring a bilateral free ended partially edentulous arch, missing between 1 and 6 teeth, to full aesthetic and functional condition by means of the creation of a lightweight (the prosthesis weighs 4 g), wear-resistant, fixed cantilever bridge, which fastens securely and is comfortable in use, in the course of 2 visits to t
