PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal separation vessel which is capable of simply practicing with a small number of instruments, and to provide a centrifugal separation method.
SOLUTION: The centrifugal separation vessel 10 is provided with a syringe tube 12 having a port 11, a vessel 13 which is capable of being connected with the port 11 and retaining a centrifugal separating fraction to be targeted, a gasket 14 which seals the syringe tube 12 to liquid-tightness and conducts reciprocal movement within the syringe 12 and a plunger 15 installed in the gasket 14. The centrifugal separation vessel 10 conducts the centrifugal separation using a syringe used for blood gathering and suction of the liquid to be centrifuged to easily obtain the centrifugal separating fraction to be targeted with a small number of instruments.
