PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fetal heart beat-measuring device having a sound-collecting structure easy to search fetal heart beat.SOLUTION: Fetal heart beat microphones 20 and 30 collect sound of fetal heart beat. A signal processing part 40 outputs fetal heart beat signals based on sound signals collected by the fetal heart beat microphones 20 and 30.
