Provided in the present invention is a fish trap to prevent ghost fishing which comprises: a cylinder-shaped main body with both open ends； a pair of induction tubes on which the ends on one side are respectively connected to both ends of the main body, and which is funnel-shaped wherein the diameter decreases from one end to the other end； a connection part which pulls and connects the induction tubes to make the ends on the other side of the induction tubes be respectively inserted into the inside of the main body, while being disconnected as time passes due to corrosion caused by the potential difference of seawater； and an elastic support member in which one end is connected to an end of the induction tube to elastically support the induction tubes, while the other end is coupled to the other end of the induction tube to make the other end of the induction tube respectively protrude towards the outside of the main body, in case the connection part is disconnected. The fish trap to prevent ghost fishing according to the present invention is connected by the connection part, which is disconnected as time passes, due to the potential difference of seawater while the induction tubes installed on both ends of the main body are elastically supported by the elastic support member. Therefore, when the connection part is disconnected, the end which is inserted to the inside of the induction tube is made to protrude towards the outside of the main body due to the elastic restoring force of the elastic support member. This facilitates the escape of marine life from the inside of the main body to prevent the deaths of marine life.본 발명은, 양단이 개방된 통 구조의 본체, 일단이 본체의 양단에 각각 연결되며, 일단에서 타단으로 갈수록 직경이 작아지는 깔때기 구조를 가지는 한 쌍의 유도관, 한 쌍의 유도관 타단이 각각 본체의 내측에 삽입 배치되도록 한 쌍의 유도관 타단을 당김 상태로 연결하며, 해수의 전위차에 따른 부식으로 시간이 경과함에 따라 끊어지게 되는 연결부, 한 쌍의 유도관 각각 탄성 지지하도록 일단은 유도관의 일단에 결합되고, 타단은 유도관의 타단에 결합되어, 연결부의 끊어짐이 발생할 경우, 탄성 복원력에 의해 한 쌍의 유도관 타단이 각각 본체 외측으로 돌출 배치되게 하는 탄성지지부재를 포함하는 유령어획방지용 통발을 제공한다.
