The present invention provides a detection method for elasticity and hardening level of blood vessels, which includes the following steps: a measuring and sampling step for obtaining a pulsation waveform which indicates the displacement of the vascular wall caused by the elastic expansion a differentiating step and a secondary differentiating step for respectively obtaining the corresponding waveforms then, obtaining a measurement data when the expansion of the vascular wall reaches the maximum, a calculation step for dividing the maximum elasticity represented by the secondary differentiation of the maximum displacement of the vascular wall by the maximum displacement of the vascular wall to obtain the elasticity coefficient of blood vessel for estimating the hardening level of blood vessels as the judgment factor for prevention of cardiovascular disease. The present invention has advantages of being non-invasive and simple, direct calculation of blood vessel elasticity, high accuracy and low cost, so as to achieve high value of industrial applications.一種血管彈性及硬化程度的檢測方法,其藉由一量測及取樣步驟取得一脈動波形,其代表血管壁因彈性擴張所造成的位移量,並且由一微分步驟以及一二次微分步驟分別取得對應波形,而於當血管壁擴張到最大值時所取得之量測數據,並於一估算步驟中,將血管壁最大位移量的二次微分所代表的最大彈力量除以血管壁最大位移量,藉此得到血管彈性係數以估測出血管的硬化程度,作為預防心血管疾病的判斷因子。本發明具有非侵入式、步驟簡單、直接計算血管彈性、精確度高以及低成本之優點,而極具產業利用之價值。S1~S5...步驟
