The present invention relates to a blood vessel searching device using transillumination. More particularly, the present invention includes: a band part which is installed at the body of a user； a pressurizing part which is combined to the band part and pressurizes a peripheral skin region around a search object skin region for searching a blood vessel； a light emitting part which is installed at the pressurizing part between the peripheral skin region and the pressurizing part and emits light into the skin of the peripheral skin region； and a lens part which is formed in the pressurizing part and magnifies the search object skin region. The blood vessel searching device using transillumination according to the present invention enables users to accurately and easily search the position of a vessel through light emitted from the light emitting part after the vessel is expanded by the pressurizing part. Also, the blood vessel searching device using transillumination according to the present invention includes a band and a sliding prevention protrusion in the lower part of a main body, so the device can be stably fixed and attached to the body of a user without sliding even if the user does not hold the same, and the user can freely move both hands.본 발명은 투과조명을 이용한 혈관 탐색장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 사용자의 신체에 장착되는 밴드부와； 상기 밴드부에 결합되고, 혈관을 탐색하기 위한 탐색대상피부영역 주변의 주변피부영역을 가압하는 가압부와； 상기 가압부와 상기 주변피부영역 사이의 상기 가압부에 설치되어 상기 주변피부영역의 피부 속으로 광을 조사하는 광조사부와； 상기 가압부에 구비되어 상기 탐색대상영역을 확대하여 보여주는 렌즈부；를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다.본 발명에 따른 투과조명을 이용한 혈관 탐색장치는 가압부를 통해 혈관을 확장시킨 후 광조사부에서 출사된 광을 통해 혈관의 위치를 정확하고 용이하게 찾을 수 있는 장점이 있다. 또한 본 발명에 따른 투과조명을 이용한 혈관 탐색장치는 밴드와 본체 하부에 미끄럼방지 돌기를 구비하여 사용자가 손으로 잡고 있지 않더라도 사용자의 신체로부터 미끄러지지 않고 견고하게 밀착 및 고정할 수 있어 사용자의 양손이 자유로운 장점이 있다.
