PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out rotation digital subtraction angiography (DSA) without accompanying mechanical operations.SOLUTION: After mask images are captured for respective X-ray focal positions, a contrast agent M is injected into a blood vessel V of a subject S. When the contrast agent M diffuses within the blood vessel V, the X-ray focal positions are scanned and photographed using the same scanning method as that used for generating the mask images. The acquired images are then aligned respectively with the mask images captured at the same X-ray focal positions, and the mask images are subtracted to generate motion images of the contrasted blood vessel V from which excessive backgrounds are eliminated. Because X-ray focal positions move, the blood vessel V is observed from various angles by continuously displaying the subtracted images in accordance with the scanning of the X-ray focal positions.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】機械的な動作を伴うことなく、回転DSA撮影を行う。【解決手段】X線焦点位置毎にマスク画像を撮影した後に、患者Sの血管Vに造影剤Mを注入する。血管Vに造影剤Mが行き渡ると、マスク画像を作成した時と同じ走査でX線焦点位置を走査して撮影を行う。この際に、画像毎に同じX線焦点位置で撮影したマスク画像と一致させ、マスク画像を減算することにより、余分な背景が消去されて造影された血管Vのみの動画画像を得ることができる。X線焦点位置が変化しているため、X線焦点位置の走査に従って減算画像を連続的に表示することによって、種々の角度から血管Vを観察することができる。【選択図】図3
