PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical imaging device that compensates for a motion from the position of a deformable robotic instrument in contact with a subject and image data in situations where the subject is prone to movement during image data acquisition.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a medical imaging device (1), a system (1, 6), and a method for generating a motion-compensated image (13), and a computer-readable storage medium (8) containing a corresponding computer program. Image data is captured and acquired while a deformable robotic instrument (6) is in contact with a subject (4, 5) to be imaged.
