Disclosed is the use of a nanoparticle containing polyinosinic acid-polycytidysic acid, calcium ions and amino compounds other than aminoglycoside antibiotics or formed with polyethyleneimine, polyethylene glycol and other cross-linking agents alone or in combination with other immunostimulants in the preparation of an immune adjuvant.Linvention concerne les applications dun adjuvant composé de chlorure de calcium et de composé amino contenant un acide polyriboinosinique-polyribocytidique, à ions calciques et sans antiobiotique à base daminoglycoside ou un agent de réticulation, notamment un poly(éthylèneimine) ou un polyéthylène glycol, formant des nanoparticules séparées ou liées à un autre vaccin pour favoriser la préparation dun vaccin.
