A baking system and a baking method are disclosed. The baking system includes a baking unit, a weight measuring unit, a processing unit and a control unit. The baking unit loads objects to be baked and heats the objects during a heating process to decrease weight of the objects. The weight measuring unit measures the weight of the objects and generates weight data. The processor receives the weight data and calculates an average value for a predetermined amount of the weight data. The average value is sent to the control unit and compared with a preset value.
