Disclosed are methods and compositions for preventing, treating, or ameliorating eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) in an individual, comprising administering to the individual a therapeutically effective amount of at least one CRTH2 antagonist or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and at least one proton pump inhibitor (PPI) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
