PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporter capable of imparting a desired torsional force to a body surface when worn.SOLUTION: A supporter 100 is a cylindrical supporter made of a stretchable material and having one end and the other end. The supporter 100 comprises: annular fixing parts 110 and 120 which are disposed along the circumferential direction of the supporter 100 in an area of the one end and the other end, and fixes the supporter 100 to the body； a tightening part 130 which extends from the fixing part 110 of the one end toward the fixing part 120 of the other end at an angle of 40° to 60° to the fixing parts 110 and 120, and applies a torsional force to a body surface； and a stretchable part 140 which is adjacent to the tightening part 130, extends from the fixing part 110 of the one end toward the fixing part 120 of the other end at an angle of 40° to 60° to the fixing parts 110 and 120, and has a higher stretchability than the tightening part 130.
