First childbirth is assessed in 3 points, repeated childbirth - as 0 points. Presence of diabetes mellitus is assessed as 3 points, absence of diabetes mellitus - as 0 points. Circumference of abdomen 98-100 cm is assessed as 0 points, 101-103 cm - as 1 point, 104-106 cm - as 2 points, more than 107 cm - as 3 points. Womans height more than 166 cm is assessed as 0 points, 163-166 cm - as 1 point, 159-162 cm - as 2 points, less than 159 cm - as 3 points. Womans age 18-23 years points is assessed as 0 points, 24-29 years - as 1 point, 30-35 years - 2 points, more than 35 years - 3 points. Term of gestation 38 weeks is assessed as 0 points, 39 weeks - as 1 point, 40 weeks - as 2 points, 41 weeks - as 3 points. Male sex of fetus is assessed as 2 points, female sex of fetus - as 0 points.
