PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress the enlargement of an aneurysm, and to deter biotissue from being pressed by the aneurysm after treatment.SOLUTION: A device assembly 10 for aneurysm treatment includes a tip indwelling part 32 which has a predetermined elastic force, and a shaft 12 which can support the tip indwelling part 32. The tip indwelling part 32 assumes a shape which is elongated toward a tip direction from base end parts 34a and 36a to a curved part 42, curved in an approximately arc shape in the curved part 42 and elongated toward a base end direction from the curved part 42 to tip parts 34b and 36b, in a natural state.
