The acquisition part obtains, for a first medical image of at least one medical image of a subject, analysis information on the first medical image analyzed by using an analysis application according to an image analysis device. The generation part generates a management object in which at least the first medical image is associated with application information including a setting value of a parameter when the analysis information is obtained. The storage part stores a diagnostic report to be prepared by using the first medical image and the analysis information and the management object by being associated with each other.
