Each first lamp represents a date for taking medicine, and each second lamp represents a time period for taking medicine. The medicine boxes are received in the grooves respectively. The base has a number of testing devices for testing whether the medicines in each of the medicine boxes change, and outputs a testing result. The processor stores serial numbers of the medicine boxes, and a predetermined date and a predetermined time period of the medicines in the medicine boxes. The processor determines whether the corresponding medicine is taken on schedule according to a current date, a current time, and the testing result.
