The invention relates to a movable first aid stretcher. Primarily, the first aid stretcher is provided with a loading platform and a holding platform. The loading platform is capable of loading an ambulance staff while the holding platform is capable of holding first aid kits. Furthermore, the loading platform and the holding platform can be stretched and collapsed such that the ambulance staff loaded by the loading platform can proceed with first aid actions for a patient when the first aid stretcher is used for transporting the patient, and the holding platform is used for holding the required first aid kits during the first aid procedures. Accordingly, the first aid measures can be applied immediately to increase the rescue probability for the patient.
