The present invention relates to a sterilizing and drying apparatus. The sterilizing and drying apparatus includes: a drying part which includes an ultra violet light lamp for UV light generation arranged thereon, and dries a nail polisher applied on nails and toe nails of a user using UV light irradiation generated by the ultra violet light lamp； an ozone generation part which generates ozone； and an ozone sterilizing part that includes a plate having a plurality of pass-through holes on which an object can be arranged, and sterilizes the object using ozone, which is generated in the ozone generation part, passes through the pass-through holes, and enters therein.
