The invention relates to a whole blood filtering device, which comprises a first filtering part, a second filtering part disposed on the first filtering part, and a microfluidic device, in which the first filtering part comprises a plurality of filtering membranes with micropores distributed along a plane, while the second filtering part comprises a plurality of beads, and the size of the beads near an output end is larger than that near an input end of the second filtering part.
