CONSTITUTION: A Brassica juncea seed extract has H1N1 antiviral activity. A food contains the extract. A pharmaceutical composition with H1N1 antiviral activity contains the extract as an active ingredient. A feed for animal contains the extract. A H1N1 antiviral active ingredient is extracted using subcritical water at 190°；C and 500 psi. The pharmaceutical composition is manufactured in the form of a tablet, soft capsule, hard capsule, liquid, and suspension.본 발명은 아임계수를 사용하여 개자 종자로부터 A형 인플루엔자 바이러스인 H1N1 활성 성분을 추출하는 방법, 그 추출물 및 이를 함유하는 식품, 약학 조성물 및 동물용 사료에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 추출법에 의한 추출물은 A형 인플루엔자 바이러스 H1N1에 대하여 뛰어난 항바이러스성을 나타내므로, 개자의 아임계수 추출물을 의약품, 식품 또는 사료에 적용하여 인플루엔자 바이러스에 대한 항바이러스 기능성 소재로 활용할 수 있어 산업적으로 매우 유용하다.
