Provided are: an aquaculture device having a simple structure which uniformly irradiates ultrasonic waves, among acoustic waves, within a water tank so that the resistance of aquatic animals being cultured can be improved and the survival rate thereof can be elevated, thereby increasing the yield an aquaculture system and an aquaculture method. An aquatic animal 29 being cultured is irradiated with acoustic waves comprising sonic waves and/or ultrasonic waves. The aquaculture device comprises: an ultrasonic oscillator 20 capable of generating acoustic waves a driving section 15 driving the ultrasonic oscillator 20 and an outer case 12 holding the ultrasonic oscillator 20 and the driving section 15. On the side of the front face toward which high-strength acoustic waves 19 are radiated from the ultrasonic oscillator 20, an acoustic wave-scattering layer 24, which is formed of an acoustic wave-scattering material and capable of scattering the high-strength acoustic waves 19 while converting the high-strength acoustic waves 19 into low-strength acoustic waves 21 having a lower strength per unit area and then irradiating the same, is provided.Linvention concerne : un dispositif daquaculture présentant une structure simple qui irradie uniformément des ondes ultrasonores, parmi des ondes acoustiques, à lintérieur dun réservoir deau de telle sorte que la résistance des animaux aquatiques en culture peut être améliorée et que le taux de survie de ces derniers peut être accru, ce qui permet daugmenter le rendement un système daquaculture et un procédé daquaculture. Un animal aquatique (29) en culture est irradié par des ondes acoustiques comprenant des ondes sonores et/ou des ondes ultrasonores. Le dispositif daquaculture comprend : un oscillateur ultrasonore (20) apte à produire des ondes acoustiques une section dentraînement (15) entraînant loscillateur ultrasonore (20) et un boîtier externe (12) maintenant loscillateur ultrasonore (20) et la section dentraînement (15)
