The distal tube includes a proximal end, a distal end, and a tube compressible part between the proximal end and the distal end, which is axially movable from a compressed state to an extending state. A generally hollow proximal tube has a proximal end and a distal end. An engagement system is engaged with the implantable medical device engaged to the distal end of the distal tube, and deploys the same.
