PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin composition having a melanin production inhibitory activity, penetrating through the skin while holding the barrier function of the skin, having a potent melanin production inhibitory activity and also without having safety problems such as skin irritation, skin sensitization, etc.SOLUTION: By utilizing a transcription inhibitory activity of an MITF (microphthalamia transfer factor) which is a transcription factor, and blending a substance inhibiting the expression of mRNA of enzymes such as tyrosinase, etc., becoming a key enzyme of melanin production in the skin composition, the development of the skin composition having a high melanin production inhibitory activity becomes possible, and further, by blending a cationic phospholipid for penetrating a macromolecule such as nucleic acid into the skin, it becomes possible to provide the skin composition having the melanin production inhibitory activity without having problems in safety such as the skin irritation, skin sensitization, etc.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明の課題は、皮膚のバリア機能は保持したまま皮膚を透過し、強いメラニン産生阻害作用を有し、かつ皮膚刺激性や皮膚感作性といった安全性上の問題もないメラニン産生阻害を有する皮膚組成物を得ることである。【解決手段】本発明においては転写因子であるMITFの転写阻害作用を利用して、メラニン産生の鍵酵素となるチロシナーゼ等のmRNAの発現を阻害する物質を皮膚組成物に配合することにより、メラニン産生抑制効果の高い皮膚組成物の開発が可能となり、さらに、核酸のような巨大分子を皮膚に浸透させるためにカチオン性リン脂質を配合することにより、皮膚刺激性や皮膚感作性といった安全性上の問題もないメラニン産生阻害を有する皮膚組成物の提供を可能とした。
