A method for producing coatings on elements of human major joint endoprostheses made of titanium and titanium alloy relates to manufacturing technologies for medical products with enhanced biological compatibility and can be used on the scale of mass production. The method comprises placing an implant in a bath with an electrolyte solution containing Ca and P ions, and connecting the implant and an auxiliary electrode to a power source. An electrolyte for treating BT 1-0 (Grades 2, 3 and 4) alloy is prepared based on a dry matter weight in grams per 1L of composition: Са(ОН)2 - 1.6; Na2SiO35H2O - 8.0; Na2HPO412H2O - 5.0; for treating ВТ6 (Ti-6Al-4V) and Ti-6Al-7Nb alloys, the initial electrolyte used for BT1-0 (Grades 2, 3 and 4) titanium is diluted with distilled water in a ratio of 2 parts electrolyte to 1 part water. Microarc oxidation is conducted for 10-30 min in a "soft" anode-cathode operation mode with a sinusoidal current having a density of 0.1±0.02 А/cm2, wherein during the first minute an anode switching mode is used with a ratio of anode current to cathode current of at least 10:1. In order to protect the parts of the endoprosthesis elements that are not to be treated, masking isolating equipment is used which is based on polyvinylsiloxane addition silicone. The technical result of the invention is a reduction in the average current density, and the use of a "soft" anode-cathode operation mode during the formation of bioactive coatings, making it possible to carry out batch processing of elements of human major joint endoprostheses to provide a porous bioactive glass-ceramic coating on the whole surface or on a given surface of said elements of endoprostheses.Le procédé pour former sur les éléments d'endoprothèses de grosses articulations d'une personne en titane et ses alliages concerne des techniques de fabrication d'articles à usage médical possédant une compatibilité biologique, et peut s'utiliser à l'échelle de production industrielle.
