A device for medicine taking management of the present invention comprises: a medicine container having a space, where an upper part thereof is open, therein and accommodating medicine a cover detachably coupled to the upper part of the medicine container by means of rotation an opening means mounting first and second electromagnets generating magnetic force on an outer circumference of an upper part in the space of the medicine container and an inner circumference of a lower part of the cover, respectively, and determining a lock state of the cover and the container through a magnetic force or releasing magnetic forces by means of electric signals and a control unit mounted inside the cover, locked when coupled to the medicine container after opening and configured to unlock the cover from the medicine container to be opened at the same time when counting down the time input in a timer and the time limit expires, and configured to input the time for locking and unlocking the cover through a button unit installed in a top surface of the cover and display the input time and remaining time after counting down through a display unit installed around the button unit. The control unit is interlinked with the timer and, blocks a magnetic force generating state to unlock the cover by applying electricity to the opening means when the time limit expires, and is converted into a mutual lock state through the magnetic forces generated in the first and second electromagnets of the opening means after the cover is separated from the container and is coupled by means of rotation.
