PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mount which is excellent in holding power of a long-size medical member and, even when the medical member is pulled out from one end side, does not deform or break a medical member.SOLUTION: A mount includes: a flat surface for retaining a long-size medical member； a tip side tab which is formed by putting incisions onto the flat surface and is folded from a bottom edge 31 such that a part of the tab is separated from the flat surface； and a base end side tab which is formed by putting incisions onto the flat surface and is folded such that a part opposed to the part separated from the flat surface of the tip side tab is separated from the flat surface. Therein, the tip side tab is formed in a U shape from the bottom edge 31 and an apex 32 of the U shape is projected to the side opposite to the base end side tab rather than the end part of the bottom edge 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
