The present invention relates to an indirubin particle and a manufacturing method thereof. The indirubin particle comprises: a cluster constituted by a plurality of indirubin molecules and a plurality of polymeric ligands covering a surface of the cluster. The polymeric ligands provide functionality of hydrophilicity to allow the indirubin molecules to sufficiently spread in an aqueous phase system thereby improving the applicability of indirubin in a medicine conveyance system.
