The present invention relates to a phantom for a medical image length measurement standard based on a unit block shape. Specifically, the present invention relates to a phantom which can be assembled based on a unit block shape to facilitate the measuring lengths and angles of various sections in an acquired image, thus providing a standard for a difference between a length of the image and an actual length. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the medical phantom is a model of at least a part of a human body using a plurality of unit blocks, wherein the unit blocks includes: a first unit block including a distinguishable ball inserted therein； a second unit block having an upper end on which multiple ridges are formed and a lower end which is engaged with an upper end of the first unit block； and a third unit block of which a lower end on which multiple furrows connectable with the ridges are formed and an upper end which is connectable with a lower end of the first unit block. The first unit block may be two or more. A shape of the medical phantom is determined by combination of the first unit blocks, the second unit block, and the third unit block. When an image of the medical phantom is acquired, a treatment plan for the human body is facilitated by using a first distance difference between a first ball and a second ball contained in the first unit blocks and a second distance difference between the first ball and the second ball in the image.본 발명은 단위 블록 형태를 기반으로 하는 의료 영상 길이 측정 표준용 팬텀에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로 본 발명은 단위 블록 형태를 기초로 조립이 가능하기 때문에 획득한 영상에서 다양한 구간의 길이 및 각도를 측정함으로써, 영상의 길이와 실제 길이의 차이에 대한 표준을 제시할 수 있는 영상 길이 측정 표준용 팬텀에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일례와 관련된 복수의 단위블록을 이용하여 인체의 적어도 일부를 모델링(modeling) 한 모형인 의료용 팬텀(MEDICAL PHANTOM)에 있어서, 상기 복수의 단위블록은, 내부에 식별 가능한 볼(ball)이 삽입된 제 1 단위블록； 상단에 복수의 이랑이 형성되고, 하단이 상기 제 1 단위블록의 상단과 결합 가능한 제 2 단위블록； 및 하단에 상기 복수의 이랑과 결합 가능한 복수의 고랑이 형성되고, 상단이 상기 제 1 단위블록의 하단과 결합 가능한 제 3 단위블록； 을 포함하되, 상기 제 1 단위블록은 복수이고, 상기 의료용 팬텀의 형태는 상기 제 1 단위블록, 제
