L'acide chlorogénique permet d'inhiber à la fois les oligodendrocytes et la production des cellules souches de tumeur du cerveau tout en remplaçant la chimio-radiothérapie partielle, ce qui a pour effet de réduire les effets secondaires provoqués par la chimio-radiothérapie.
