Disclosed is a beam spoiler fixing device. The beam spoiler fixing device according to the present invention, which fixes a beam spoiler used for controlling the amount of radiation irradiated during a radiation treatment, is characterized by comprising a fixing part fixed on one side of a couch where the body of a patient is put a first extended arm extended from the fixing part a second extended arm extended from the first extended arm and a gripping part having the beam spoiler fixed and connected with the second extended arm, wherein a rotatable joint is formed on any one or more among the parts in which the fixing part, the first extended art, the second extended arm, and the gripping part are connected with each other. According to the present invention, a specific location of the beam spoiler is easily adjusted by controlling the rotatable joint, and various locations are rapidly set by using such as the first extended arm and the second extended arm, to significantly reduce the setting time for a radiation treatment.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014빔스포일러 고정기구가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 빔스포일러 고정기구는, 방사선 치료시 조사되는 방사선의 선량 제어를 위해 사용되는 빔스포일러(Beam Spoiler)를 고정하는 고정기구에 있어서, 환자의 몸체가 놓이는 카우치(couch) 일측에 고정되는 고정부 고정부에서 연장되는 제1 연장암 제1 연장암에서 연장되는 제2 연장암 및 빔스포일러가 고정되고 제2 연장암에 연결되는 파지부를 포함하고, 고정부, 제1 연장암, 제2 연장암 및 파지부가 서로 연결되는 부분 중 어느 하나 이상에는 회동가능하게 이루어진 조인트가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 회동가능하게 이루어진 조인트를 조절하여 빔스포일러의 특정 위치 조정이 용이하게 이루어지고, 제1 연장암 및 제2 연장암 등을 이용하여 다양한 위치설정이 신속하게 이루어져, 방사선 치료를 위한 셋팅 시간을 현저히 줄일 수 있다.
