The present invention provides a dressing material capable of generating power and manufacturing method thereof, with which a substrate is coated with a first conductive layer and a second conductive layer, respectively, in such a manner that the location of the second conductive layer is kept away from the location of the first conductive layer, and a plurality of second electrodes of the second conductive layer are staggered with a plurality of first electrodes of the first conductive layer. After the substrate is immersed by a solution, the substrate can be attached on the human skin so that the solution that has been absorbed by the substrate is kept on the first and second conductive layers, thereby forming a voltage difference between each of the first electrodes and each of the second electrodes in the solution for spontaneously discharging electricity to the human skin. The present invention also provides a manufacturing method of the aforementioned dressing material capable of generating power.一種可自發電敷材及其製造方法,係在一基材上分別覆印有一第一導電層及一第二導電層,並使第二導電層的位置避開第一導電層的位置,且第二導電層的多個第二電極與第一導電層的多個第一電極相互錯位。當一溶液浸潤基材後,可將基材貼附在人體皮膚部位,使得溶液被基材吸收後保持在第一導電層及第二導電層上,令各第一電極及各第二電極透過溶液中形成一電位差,進而自行放電傳導至人體皮膚部位。本發明亦提供上述可自發電敷材的製造方法。100‧‧‧提供一基材110‧‧‧形成一第一導電層在基材上,且第一導電層具有多個第一電極120‧‧‧形成一第二導電層在基材上,第二導電層的位置係避開第一導電層的位置,且第二導電層具有多個第二電極,並使各第二電極與各第一電極相互錯位
