The present invention provides a use of composition containing ferrous amino acid chelate for manufacture of a medicament to reduce lactic acid, wherein the medicament contains a composition of an effective dosage of ferrous amino acid chelate and its pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. According to the present invention, it proves that application of the composition containing ferrous amino acid chelate can effectively reduce accumulation of lactic acid in cancer cells and reduce the glucose uptake. In addition, application of the composition containing ferrous amino acid chelate can effectively increase activity, decrease accumulation of lactic acid, and increase lactate dehydrogenase, so as to achieve the effect in preventing and treating related symptoms caused by exercise-induced fatigue.本發明提供一種含有亞鐵胺基酸螯合物之組合物用於製造降低乳酸之醫藥品的用途,其中醫藥品含有有效劑量之亞鐵胺基酸螯合物之組合物以及其藥學上可接受的載劑。經本發明證實施予含有亞鐵胺基酸螯合物之組合物可有效降低癌細胞的乳酸堆積、減少葡萄糖攝取量。此外,施予含有亞鐵胺基酸螯合物之組合物可有效增加活動力、減少乳酸堆積、並增加乳酸脫氫酶,以達成有效預防及治療運動疲勞所引起的相關症狀之功效。
